Instagram giveaway rules

Article 1: Game Organization

The company voilà CREATORS, SAS with a capital of 1,000 €, registered in the Nantes Trade and Companies Register under number 938 725 504, with its registered office located at 28 rue des Genêts, 44400 Rezé, is organizing a free contest with no obligation to purchase (hereinafter referred to as "the Game").

The game takes place exclusively on the Instagram social network, on the official account: @voila_esim (instagram.com/voila_esim).

Article 2: Terms and conditions of participation

The contest is open to any natural person of legal age (18 years or older on the day of participation) who is a tax resident of metropolitan France.

Staff members of the Organizing Company and their immediate family members are excluded from participation. Participation is strictly personal (only one entry per Instagram account).

Article 3: Game period

The Game will take place from June 4, 2026, at 00:00 to July 4, 2026, at 23:59 (Paris time). Any participation registered after this date won't be taken into account.

Article 4: Participation terms

To validate your participation, you must complete the following actions on Instagram:

1. Subscribe to the official Instagram account @voila_esim.
2. Like the post dedicated to the giveaway.
3. Leave a comment under the post, tagging at least two (2) friends (real accounts).
4. Sign up via email using the form provided in the post or in the bio (registration link).

Article 5: Allowance

The Game allows you to win: one (1) trip to Japan for two (2) people, including:

• Round-trip flights departing from Paris
• 7 nights of hotel in Tokyo
• 7 nights of hotel in Kyoto
• A Japanese cooking class
• 2 dinners in omakase restaurants
• Local activities (Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka)
• 1 50 GB Japan eSIM per person (meaning 2 eSIMs in total), provided by voilà eSIM

Estimated value: $20,000 incl. tax.

Conditions: The trip is non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Passport fees, meals not included, insurance, and personal expenses are the responsibility of the winner.

Article 6: Winner Designation

The winner will be chosen by random draw on July 6, 2026. They will be contacted via email (at the address provided during registration) and/or via Direct Message (DM) through the official Instagram account @voila_esim.

Warning: you will never be asked for a payment link.

The winner will have seven (7) days to confirm their acceptance and provide the necessary documents (ID, contact details). If there's no response, a substitute winner will be chosen via a random draw.

Article 7: Instagram Disclaimer

This giveaway is not organized, sponsored, or associated with Instagram (Meta). Participants release Instagram from any responsibility related to this event.

Article 8: Data Protection (GDPR)

The collected data is processed by voilà CREATORS for the management of the Giveaway and the selection of the winner. By participating, you also agree to receive commercial offers and communications from voilà CREATORS regarding its services (especially its eSIM offers), which you can opt out of at any time and free of charge via the unsubscribe link in each email or by writing to [email protected]. In accordance with GDPR, every participant has the right to access, rectify, object to, or delete their data by writing to: [email protected].

Article 9: Fraud and disputes

voilà CREATORS reserves the right to cancel the Game in the event of force majeure. Any fraud will result in the immediate exclusion of the participant involved. These rules are subject to French law. Any claim must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days following the end of the game.
